In the Blois household Christmas changes everything. All of a sudden the only music to be heard is the tones of the old Christmas Crooners, the aroma of cinnamon and Christmas spice can be constantly smelt in every room and my wife is continually found bouncing off the walls in pure festive excitement. Christmas changes everything!
It's amazing how, in a short few weeks, everything can change. The mood, the atmosphere, the anticipation, and the excitement about what is just around the corner suddenly changes - it's like no other time in the year! My prayer is that Christmas at Hope City Church would do the same for you. That this Christmas everything would change. A new excitement for the future, a new anticipation for what God is about to do, a new joy found in your current situation and a new belief that the best is still just around the corner! We've got loads coming up in the life of the church that we would love for you to get hooked into. Including one of the highlights of the year, Carols by Glowsticks on Friday 10th December at 7:30pm at The Radisson Hotel. It’s the biggest and best event of the festive season! With carols, a visit from Santa and the very best mince pies you could find, you don’t want to miss this! So get inviting your friends and family for a special celebration of Christmas and the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
We also have two exciting services for you to choose from. As we continue with our explosive Friday Night Church at 7:30pm there's also the option of our Sunday Family Services which are full of life and full of God, providing the perfect environment to bring your family and your friends. Our Family Sundays are running every Sunday through December and the new year at 11am.
Also make sure you check out our Boxing Day Service at 11am. We've got some surprises planned and a treat or two. We would love to celebrate Christmas with you.
